Most clients arrive feeling disconnected from their emotions, body and own wants & needs. Their nervous system doesn’t feel safe and therefore prevents them from connecting to their truth.
When we work together, we use the power of breathwork, hypnotherapy, trance, transmission and co-regulation to bring the union back to the body.
In a typical session we do nearly no talking and one or two practices that go deeper than anything they have experienced before.
Within a few sessions the connection comes back and more and more the true self appears. Needs and wants appear and boundaries and regulated emotions become natural.

Born from the Ashes
I spent years in traditional therapy talking about my pain, but my body was still carrying all of it. The day I first felt trauma actually leave my system - not just understood but literally released - I knew I had to learn how to create that for others.
I've walked through my own darkness - grief, loss, divorce, and deep trauma - and found my way to the other side. My gifts emerged through this suffering, creating a rare ability to guide others through profound transformation.
After my world fell apart I trained in every modality that had helped me find my way back in: De-Armouring, Hara healing, Breathwork, Life Force Activation, and Depth Hypnosis, I work simultaneously on somatic, energetic, and subconscious levels.
My highest purpose is to help you remember your natural ability to heal.
