4. Age and Capacity

• You must be at least 18 years old to book our services

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

• If you are booking for someone else, you confirm you have their authority to do so

5. Booking and Scheduling

Initial Contact

• All bookings require initial contact through our website or email

• We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for any reason

• A consultation may be required before accepting bookings

Session Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement

• You are responsible for attending at the agreed time

• Time zones are confirmed at booking for online sessions

Changes and Rescheduling

• Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

• We will accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests where possible

• Repeated last-minute changes may result in service termination

6. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available

• 24-48 hours notice: 50% fee applies

• Less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee applies

• No-shows: Full session fee applies

Provider Cancellations

• We will provide as much notice as possible

• Full refund or rescheduling will be offered

• We are not liable for any consequential damages

7. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed upon during booking

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers

• All prices include applicable German VAT where required

• Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy

8. Code of Conduct

Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions

• Maintain respectful communication

• Disclose any relevant health information

• Follow safety guidelines provided

• Respect professional boundaries

Prohibited Conduct

• Inappropriate sexual behavior or communications

• Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior

• Attending sessions under the influence of substances

• Recording sessions without explicit permission

Consequences

Violation of our code of conduct will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Health and Safety

• You participate in all sessions at your own risk

• You must disclose any relevant health conditions or limitations

• We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical treatment

• You are responsible for your own safety during sessions

• Emergency contact information may be requested

10. Confidentiality

• We maintain confidentiality of all personal information shared

• Session content remains confidential within legal limits

• Mandatory reporting requirements will be followed if applicable

• You consent to basic record-keeping for service continuity

11. Intellectual Property
