The Method

A complete approach to nervous system healing.
Designed for real transformation.

Significant changes within weeks

Whether this is your first step into nervous system work or one of many you have taken on your healing journey, the Layered Transformation Method is designed for one thing.

Real change, felt in your body, within weeks.

Change that is deep. Change that lives in the body. Change that stays.

This happens because the method works on five layers at once, and moves through them gently, in the right sequence, at a pace your nervous system can welcome.

Why working on one layer at a time leaves people stuck

Most healing approaches focus on one thing.

Breathwork on its own opens the body but often leaves the wounds underneath untouched.

Talk therapy gives understanding while the body keeps holding what it has held for years.

Somatic work brings sensation back online while the deeper imprints stay where they are.

Each of these is real. Each of these helps. And each of these, on its own, is one layer of a much larger picture.

The Layered Transformation Method holds all five.

The intelligence of your system

The nervous system that kept you alive is the same nervous system that knows what to work on first.

This is the principle that sits underneath everything in the method.

Most healing approaches arrive with an agenda. A protocol. A cognitive map of what should be addressed and in what order. The person is asked to identify what they want to work on, name the problem, choose the focus. Anxiety. Shame. The relationship. The pattern.

The Layered Transformation Method works differently.

Your nervous system already knows what is ready to move. It knows the order. It knows the depth. It knows what wants to come first and what wants to wait.

The work is to inspire the system, hold the field, and let it move through.

This is why change happens so fast. It is why it happens so deep. And it is why it happens so gently.

The system never works on what it is not ready for. And it never waits when it is ready.

The Five Layers

Resourcing

Before anything else, you build a relationship with what supports you.

Your inner guide. Your felt sense of safety. The places in your body where ease is already present. The presence of someone holding the field with you.

Resourcing is what allows the rest of the work to happen. When the system has somewhere to return to, it becomes willing to move.

Capacity Building

Your nervous system has a capacity for sensation, emotion, and aliveness. For most people, that capacity has narrowed over years of holding.

Capacity Building expands it gently.

Through breath. Through small, doable practices. Through the slow rebuilding of trust between you and your body.

As capacity grows, what was once overwhelming becomes welcome. The charge held in old wounds becomes smaller relative to what you can now hold. And healing begins to happen on its own.

Integration

Integration is what turns sessions into lived change.

The work that happens in a session is real. And it asks to be woven into your days, your relationships, your body, your choices.

Integration is the layer where shifts become permanent. Where new patterns settle into the system. Where the body learns that the change is safe to keep.

This layer is active throughout the method. Between sessions. In daily practice. In the way you begin to move through your life.

Release

Underneath the patterns are wounds. Underneath the wounds is held energy.

Release is the layer where what has been held finally moves.

Old emotions that were too much to feel. Imprints from moments your system could not metabolise at the time. The charge that has been driving the patterns from below.

Release happens through depth work, breath, and the meeting of what is ready to be met. It happens in a held container, with resources in place, at a pace the system can welcome.

Repatterning

What is released leaves space.

Repatterning is the layer where new patterns take root in that space.

Through embodied suggestion. Through new experience in the body. Through the felt sense of who you are becoming as the old organisation falls away.

This is the layer where change becomes who you are, rather than something you are working on.

How the layers move together

The five layers are present at the same time.

In any given session, in any given week, you are resourcing and building capacity and integrating and releasing and repatterning. They support each other. Each layer makes the others possible.

And there is also a path through them.

You begin gently. The early weeks emphasise resourcing and capacity. As the system becomes ready, deeper release work becomes available. Repatterning weaves through everything. Integration is constant.

This is what allows significant change to happen quickly and to hold.

The system is never asked to do more than it is ready for. And the system is supported on every layer at once.

What lives inside the method

The five layers are the architecture. Within them are the practices that do the actual work.

Essential Breathing builds capacity, regulates the nervous system, and prepares the system for depth.

Inner guide work establishes the resource that holds every session.

Power centers and womb clearing restore the energetic ground from which healing happens.

Inspired Transformation Process (ITP) is the depth modality at the heart of release and repatterning. ITP works with the subconscious to reach the original imprint of a wound and release it at its source.

Life force activation restores vitality and aliveness once the old holding has moved.

Co-regulation through Keith's presence and the held group field allows the nervous system to learn what it could not learn alone.

Each of these is part of the method. None of them, alone, is the method.

The 10 Core Wounds

At the base of nervous system dysregulation are ten core wounds.

Five fears. Abandonment, betrayal, rejection, invisibility, being seen.

Five feelings. Self-abandonment, shame, unworthiness, guilt, helplessness.

These are existential wounds. They live in the body, in the survival level of the system, and they shape how a person moves through life until they are met.

The Layered Transformation Method works directly with these wounds, in the order the system is ready to meet them.

What this opens

People who move through the method describe something specific.

A quieter system. A body that feels like home. Choices made from clarity rather than survival. Relationships that hold differently. A life that begins to feel like their own.

These changes begin within weeks and continue to deepen over months.

This is the work the method was built for.
