How the group works

This is how regulation develops in the first place. The body learns to settle by being near other bodies that are settled. The same biology applies now. Your system heals faster in a held group than alone, and it loves witnessing other systems releasing what has been held alongside it. For a body that has been hiding for years, being seen gently by others doing the same work is its own layer of repair.

About the format: the group is a parallel experience. Sixteen people in the same field, each doing their own work. No talking circles. No sharing. No partner exercises. Questions people ask before joining

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for about three to four hours a week. One live or recorded session of around ninety minutes, the Friday community session if you choose to join it, and short daily practices that take ten to fifteen minutes. The work is structured so it fits around a full life.

What if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and yours for twelve months. You can watch it on your own time, sometimes catching things in the recording that you would not catch live. The Friday community sessions are also held throughout the twelve weeks, so you have many touchpoints.

I have done a lot of therapy already. Will this give me something new?

The program works at a level that talk therapy generally cannot reach. Your understanding of your patterns stays with you and becomes useful. What gets added is the actual shift in the body, at the layer where the patterns live.

What if this is my first nervous system work?

You arrive ready. The program is built to meet beginners and experienced healers in the same field. The first weeks emphasise resourcing and capacity, so your system has what it needs before deeper work happens. The self-regulation course included as a welcome gift gives you a gentle entry point before June 15th.

Is this safe for me if I have significant trauma history?

The program is built for people with significant nervous system imprints. The pacing, the resourcing, and the field of others doing the work are all designed to hold depth safely. The system is met where it is and the work moves only as the system is ready. If you are in acute crisis, the right support right now is a therapist or crisis professional.

What if I do not feel comfortable in groups?

The group is a individual experience. You stay in your own field the entire time, with cameras on and microphones muted. No talking, no sharing, no being put on the spot. Many people who hesitated about group work find this format the easiest one they have done.
