The Way Healing Works

    We bring your nervous system back to a safe spot and a new baseline. This is from where we do our work.

    We use breathwork, deep visualisation techniques, trance and deep relaxation to bring you into this place of safety, already receiving co-regulation and transmission.

    Through Core Regression work, altered states, trance and some hypnosis we go close to the origins of your story.

    We help the nervous system build new neural pathways and establish them for new patterns and behaviours. Creating a strong sense of safety for co-regulation and transmission.

Meet Keith

I work with people who've carried their pain a long time.

Most of my clients have been in therapy - many are therapists themselves. They understand their patterns. They've done real inner work. But their nervous system is still holding something that understanding alone couldn't release.

I know exactly what that's like.

I spent 30 years trying to heal. Therapy after therapy, approach after approach - understanding my pain without ever being free of it. Until two experiences changed everything. A hypnotic trauma session showed me that the nervous system could shift in ways the thinking mind never could. Then a body-focused traditional healing in Mexico showed me what becomes possible when ancient wisdom meets that understanding.

I trained in what helped me - so I could help others. Transpersonal psychology, Buddhist psychology, depth hypnosis, breathwork, shamanism, somatic practices, and core wound regression. Modern neuroscience and ancient healing traditions, working together at the level where trauma actually lives.

That's what I built the Layered Transformation Method from. Not theory. Thirty years of lived experience.

  • This work is designed for people with significant trauma histories.

    Many clients have gone through a lot. The gentle approach in altered states is exactly what your nervous system needs now.

  • Layered Breathing and Core Regression are unique techniques developed from many different modalities.

    This works directliy with the nervous system, gently approaching it and working with it, instead of against it.

  • Every session is recorded. You can do the work on your own time if needed.

    But I do recommend the live sessions.

  • Most people haven't. You don't need any experience. I guide you through everything, step by step.

  • No. This is not therapy and doesn't replace mental health treatment. It's a different kind of work - experiential, somatic, working at the level of the nervous system. Many people do this alongside therapy and find they complement each other.

  • No. You never have to speak, share, or put yourself on display. You do the work internally, in your own experience.
