Connected, intimate transformation.

Deep nervous system healing in micro groups of 4-5 people.

The format nobody knows about

Most people assume that 1 on 1 is the deepest format for nervous system healing.

It is not.

After watching hundreds of people move through my programs, the format that consistently delivers the deepest, fastest, most lasting change is something different. Something almost nobody has heard of. Something that took years of testing to land on.

A small group of 4-5 people, held closely, over twelve weeks. Talking welcomed when it wants to happen, never required when it does not. The depth of 1 on 1 work, with the medicine that 1 on 1 work cannot offer.

This is the micro group.

It is the missing layer in nervous system healing. The one that connection makes possible, and that no other format delivers in the same way. Twelve weeks of bodies doing the same work in the same field, of being witnessed without performance, of healing alongside others who recognise what they are looking at.

Connection is the catalyst.

The micro group is built around it.

“Participating in one of Keith’s 4:1 programs and attending his community events have been essential to healing my nervous system. Although it has only been a few weeks, I already feel more grounded and present in my body. My mind is calmer, and I’m sleeping longer and more deeply. Difficult interactions at work, including those with a toxic supervisor, no longer unsettle me as they once did. Last week, I was even able to have a constructive conversation with our boss without my heart racing or my mind spiraling. I feel more at ease in my own skin and more confident in who I am, what I want, and how I present myself.

Keith skillfully provides the support for this work and gently guides us each step of the way. His on-line community is a safe, supportive space for healing and transformation, and for once in my life, I feel like I have the tools and support I need to make lasting changes.”

  • There is a place in you that has been holding too much for too long.

You hold yourself well. You function. You meet what is in front of you. You show up for the people you love. You keep moving.

And somewhere underneath, something has gone quiet. The wanting has dimmed. The thoughts loop at night. The body holds what the days bring and never quite lets it go. You move through your life from a distance, capable on the outside, asking for something else underneath.

You may have done work on this before. Some of it has helped. Some of it has given you language. Some of it has left you with understanding that has not quite moved into your body.

This is for the part of you that wants to come back, and that knows it needs company on the way.

Twelve weeks from now

You wake up and your body feels like yours again.

You notice what you want. Small things at first. What you actually want for breakfast. What you actually want to say in the meeting. What you actually want to do with your Saturday. The signals are clear, and you trust them.

You feel the no in your body before the yes leaves your mouth. The boundaries that used to confuse you are obvious now. The energy you used to spend reading everyone else's needs is yours to spend on your own life.

You sleep deeper. You breathe lower. Your shoulders rest where they belong. The thoughts that used to loop at night go quiet, because the system underneath finally stopped needing them to keep watch.

And something else has happened that you did not expect.

You know the people who walked the twelve weeks with you. Not in the way you know acquaintances. In the way only nervous systems can know each other, after sharing a field of healing together. The aloneness that has been with you for years is gone, and what has replaced it is a kind of belonging you did not know was available.

You move through your days from choice instead of survival. You hear yourself again. You trust yourself again. Your life feels like yours, and you are not walking it alone.

This is the work.

Why this works when other things haven't

The nervous system was built to heal in connection with others.

We are wired for small groups. For tribes. For clans. For the people whose presence we know, whose breathing we can sense in the room, whose bodies are moving through life alongside our own. This is the field the nervous system grew up inside, across thousands of generations.

The micro group recreates that field.

4-5 people, twelve weeks, held closely. Bodies doing the work alongside each other. The connection that forms in this kind of small, held group is the connection your nervous system has been looking for. When it finds it, something quiet happens inside. A signal returns. The system remembers. This is home.

This is why change happens fast.
This is why change happens deep.
This is why change lands in a way that lasts.

Underneath the connection, the work itself moves through five layers at the same time. Resourcing. Capacity Building. Integration. Release. Repatterning. All working in altered states, each layer making the others possible. You start gently and go deeper as the system becomes ready. The intelligence that runs the process is your own nervous system, which knows what is ready to move and in what order.

The method holds the work.
The connection makes it land.

This is the format your nervous system has been looking for, longing for, waiting for.

Bi-weekly live sessions

This work goes deep. So deep that the body needs two weeks to organise what has moved before the next session arrives.

This is why the rhythm for the live sessions is bi-weekly. One week with a live session supported by a recorded session in the next week that holds the release and integration work as it lands.

Two weeks. Two sessions. One designed for depth, one designed for integration and release. The body gets exactly what it needs to let the change become permanent.

This is the depth of the work.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • You feel stuck

  • You want to go deeper in your healing than ever before

  • You want a format more powerful than 1:1 work

  • You want a transformation you can feel in weeks, not years

  • You want to come out of these twelve weeks as someone different

  • You want to experience what large groups and 1:1 cannot give you

  • Talk therapy is taking you only so far

  • You want real change you can feel in your body

  • You want to let go of what you have been carrying for decades

  • You feel disconnected from your body, your desires, or yourself

What people say after this work

  • Bennet C.

Before this work, I was living in a deep freeze state. I had done a lot of healing work, but much of it stayed in my mind; I was working with my mind not my physical body. I could understand my patterns, but my body still felt locked in old survival responses.

Through the nervous system work and breathwork, I started noticing real physical shifts. My body began releasing old patterns in ways I could feel: more openness, more embodiment, and a growing sense that my nervous system was starting to support me. I felt supported.

One of the biggest shifts was realizing that my body was beginning to move ahead of my conscious mind. My old beliefs were still trying to interpret everything through fear, but my body was already changing. I began responding differently, taking different actions, and feeling more supported from within. That was surprising and, at times, confusing - but it also showed me that something real was happening.

Now I feel more stable, more embodied, and more able to hold change. I still have work to do, but I am not where I was when I began. This work helped me experience transformation not just as an insight, but as something my body could actually begin to live and feel.

  • Holly McCusker

Keith’s altered states work helped me access those layers in a completely different way.

What surprised me most was how quickly my body began responding. I experienced emotional releases I could not reach through mindset work alone. There were moments of profound clarity, tears, nervous system shifts, and experiences that helped me reconnect to parts of myself I did not even realize were still carrying pain.

One of the biggest shifts was moving from understanding my patterns to actually feeling myself come home to myself.

I began noticing changes not only emotionally, but relationally, energetically, and physically. I felt more grounded, open, and connected to my body, and less driven by the unconscious survival patterns that had quietly shaped so much of my life.

The work also helped me understand the difference between insight and true integration.

What Keith creates is not just a meditation course; it is a deeply safe space for transformation, release, and reconnection to self.

I honestly believe this work reaches layers that traditional personal development often cannot access on its own.

I am incredibly grateful for the experience and know this work will continue impacting both my personal life and the work I bring into the world.

What is in it?

Twelve weeks of nervous system transformation, in a micro group of 4-5 people, structured to meet your system at every layer.

Seven live sessions with Keith Bi-weekly sessions in a small held field of four to five people. Each session works with a different layer of the method. Closer attention from Keith throughout, with space for your own experience to unfold.

Seven recorded integration sessions A recorded session arrives between each live session, designed to support the release and integration work as it lands in your body during the off-week.

A complete program structure, refined over hundreds of participants The full twelve-week journey is mapped from the day you begin, with practices and integration work between sessions to support the healing as it happens. Nothing is improvised. Every layer has been built and tested.

Twelve months of access to all recordings Every live session is recorded and yours to return to for a full year. Miss a session, revisit a practice, deepen a layer that asked for more time. The work stays available long after the cohort ends.

Live community sessions every Friday Throughout the twelve weeks, Keith holds a weekly community session for release and integration practice. The co-regulation that arises in this field is part of what accelerates the work.

Access to a community of three hundred people doing this work You join an active community of three hundred people walking the same path. The nervous system learns regulation faster in the presence of other regulated people, and this is true between sessions as well as during them.

A library of practices for life Every practice you learn stays with you. The breath work, the regulation tools, the recordings. Yours to return to whenever your system asks for them, long after the program ends.

More personal contact and availability with Keith Direct access throughout the twelve weeks. Whatever surfaces between sessions, you can bring to Keith directly. The micro group format allows for more frequent, more personal contact than any larger format permits.

Your investment.

This is twelve weeks of nervous system transformation in the deepest container available, the same work that costs less than one private session with Keith.

Questions people ask before joining

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for about three to four hours a week. One live or recorded session of around ninety minutes, the Friday community session if you choose to join it, and short daily practices that take ten to fifteen minutes.

What if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and yours for twelve months. With a group of four to five, missing a live session is rare, and the recording lets you stay with the work even when life intervenes.

I have done a lot of therapy already. Will this give me something new?

The work happens at a layer talk therapy generally cannot reach. Your understanding becomes useful in a new way, and what gets added is the actual shift in the body where the patterns live.

What if this is my first nervous system work?

You arrive ready. The program is built to meet beginners and experienced healers in the same field. The first weeks emphasise resourcing and capacity, so your system has what it needs before deeper work happens.

Is this safe for me if I have significant trauma history?

The format is built for people with significant nervous system imprints. The pacing, the resourcing, and the small held field are all designed to hold depth safely. If you are in acute crisis, the right support right now is a therapist or crisis professional.

What if I do not feel comfortable in a small group?

The slight discomfort you feel at the thought of being seen by four or five people is often the exact edge your nervous system needs to work with. Talking is welcomed when it wants to happen and never required when it does not. Many people who hesitate at first find this the most healing container they have been in.

How is this different from one to one work?

One to one work is private and held by one nervous system, mine. The micro group is held by mine and by the field of four to five others walking the same path. The connection that forms in this kind of small group is the catalyst that one to one work cannot offer.

How does the group form?

A new group begins when four or five right people are ready. Sometimes that means one new group per month, sometimes two. The first call is where we determine whether you are a fit for the next forming group, and approximately when it will begin.

How do I access the program once I am in?

You receive a welcome email with everything you need. The first live session lands on your calendar when the group begins. Community access opens within the same week.
