I've spent 30 years learning how to heal.
My own journey took me through breathwork, depth hypnosis, somatic practices, regression, energy work - anything that promised real change, not just understanding.
What I discovered is this: the nervous system changes through experience, not information. Through practice, not insight. And through relationship - which is why I show up live, every week, in the room with you.
I've trained in many modalities. I've healed hundreds of people. And I've learned that transformation happens when someone finally feels safe enough - in their body, and in connection - to let go of what they've been carrying.
